The colours used are made primarily from earth’s iron oxides and mixed with various ingredients to make a liquid suitable for implantation into the skin.

There is minimum swelling and redness, so the procedure should not affect your ability to work. Ice can be used to reduce swelling and a healing ointment or antibiotic will be used for a few days after treatment.

The procedure site will need time to heal, approximately seven to ten days. During this time we recommend that clients not wear mascara if eye colour has been applied, and no lipstick if lips have been healed.
