SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Customers can only avail themselves of free shipping if the delivery address is within Ontario. Additionally, the sales tax is not included in the purchase subtotal.

We are happy to receive any returned products as long as they are unused and still in the original package when they were bought from our official stores. They should also come with the receipt indicating they were purchased within 10 days.

Additionally, you can only use our gift cards for our clinic services. However, we can’t offer a replacement in case you lost the items or they were stolen. Also, we can’t exchange the returned items for cash.

2 Simple Ways to Return Online Orders

1. By Mail

For this, you will need to fill out the Returns Form found in your package and send it back together with the item through your preferred courier.  You also need to make sure that your form is completely filled out, including your order number and contact details.

We highly recommend choosing a delivery method that you can easily track. This is because we are not responsible if the products are lost while in transit. With that said, please send the product back to this address:

After we receive the returned items, you can get your refund through your previously used payment method. Furthermore, unless proven that we made an error, we can’t guarantee that we can refund the shipping fee. If you want to return a product but it was a gift, you can indicate this in the form.

2. To a Fresh Touch Med Spa clinic 

You can also bring the product to our clinic with the receipt indicating the price of the product. Our returns office will release the refund payment through the payment method you used within two business days.

You can also return in-store purchases to our clinic. Just bring the original receipt that indicates it was purchased within 10 days. However, the product should still be intact, meaning it has not been opened or used.

Lastly, please keep in mind that we don’t grant refunds on treatment procedures, packages, and membership dues.
